Quotes are prepared based on the information provided by the customer and remain valid for 30 days, subject to vehicle verification and part availability.
4. Services
Maintenance and repair services are carried out according to S.AUTO network standards and manufacturer recommendations.
5. Payment
Payments are made according to the arrangements agreed when the quote is validated or at the end of the services performed.
6. Cancellation
In the event of cancellation, the terms of the quote or reservation apply. Expenses already incurred may be retained according to the circumstances.
7. Liability
S.AUTO cannot be held liable for indirect damage caused by misuse of the vehicle, customer negligence, or force majeure.
8. Personal data
Personal data is used only to manage requests, quotes, appointments, and communications related to S.AUTO services.
9. Applicable law
These conditions are governed by Algerian law. Any dispute falls under the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Algiers.
